Modulus SA is an innovative next-generation telecommunication company that uses advanced cloud technologies and the number one VoIP Telephony provider in Greece. It is the first company that offers a virtual cloud phone center through vPBX, providing businesses with a flexible advanced virtual phone center, making it ideal for work from home.
Modulus entrusted us with an ambitious mission: to enhance the company’s image to reflect its innovative and advanced tech profile. Within this scope, we undertook the redesign of the brand identity, which encompassed the development of a comprehensive design toolbox for future communication requirements, as well as the complete overhaul of their existing website
The company’s new logo is rooted in its past, while drawing inspiration from the design elements of a phone’s dial pad and the visual representation of sound waveforms. The symbol's design is centered around a dot as its fundamental unit, which through repetition and arrangement, forms a minimalist “m”, with the intention to enhance the brand name even further. The result is a robust and distinct logo that seamlessly adapts to various touchpoints.
Aeonik Pro was chosen as the company's typeface, a contemporary sans serif typeface, which also served as the backbone of the design of the wordmark, making adjustments that enhanced the font’s geometric nature in order to harmonise it with the new logo.
The company’s color palette, is dominated by a vibrant and digital-friendly blue. The palette expands, though, through vibrant tones that act as complementary in the distinction of various services and the overall design toolbox.
The dot system expands in a series of abstract visual compositions that were created to empower the company's visual identity and were used as key-visuals throughout the company's communication materials.
The brand was strategically crafted with a digital-first perspective. To establish the new identity and give modulus the arsenal to communicate effectively across various applications, we developed a design language that was simultaneously functional and expressive, covering a wide range of applications – from imagery, illustrations and icons to 3d animated, templates and layouts across all touchpoints.
For the website, our primary objectives were clear: to depict the transition to a new era and position Modulus as the leading provider of VoIP and VPBX services in the local market. We created a website that mirros the company’s slogan “Tomorrow’s Telecoms, Today”.
A distinctive bespoke icon set was developed to be used across interfaces.
The result is a dynamic website that mirrors the precision and innovation with which Modulus moves steadily on a path of digital excellence and market leadership.
